The Ukrainian Private Military Company (UPMC) provides services on risk management, security and safety build-up, information and analysis support, training, military logistics, supply and service of military products to public and private customers in any part of the world.
A thorough selection of the personal out of Ukraine’s Armed Forces and law enforcement agencies’ combatants with practical experience of participation in combat actions, peacekeeping and anti-terrorist operations enables our company to implement a wide range of relevant high professional level services.
The company supplies its services in accordance with the effective Ukrainian and International Law, the International Code of Conduct for Private Security Service Providers (ICoC), own Code of Business Ethics and Conduct.
To ensure compliance with the requirements, principles and guarantees, UPMC has set relevant conditions and procedures enabling our employees, stake-holders and third persons to report any potential violations of International or Ukrainian Law, the International Code of Conduct for Private Security Service Providers (ICoC), Code of Business Ethics and Conduct and other regulatory documents of the Ukrainian Private Military Company, etc.

The Ukrainian Private Military Company in its day-to-day activity is being guided by following main principles:
Law rule recognition: We work carefully on keeping all legal norms of national and international law, which are relevant to our activities in all respective regions and countries. We understand, that legal and ethical norms can have different national and religious peculiarities in different countries.
Integrity: We demonstrate integrity in every aspect of our activity, we build relationship with our clients on the base of straight dealing, objectivity and conscientiousness. We have been trying to cultivate professional and ethical behavior of all our employees, members and supporters of the UPMC, which shapes relationship with its competitors on the principles of free and fair competition by steady compliance with business ethical norms.
Perfection: We put the highest possible level of operative thoroughness. We encourage UPMC members to provide our clients with the best possible solutions, which are based on the high level of professionalism and performance of our personnel.

The Code of business ethics and conduct
The Code of business ethics and conduct of the Ukrainian Private Military Company sets up a complex of high standards of ethical behavior, which determine actions and decisions and which we follow either inside of the working stuff of our company, but also while doing business and cooperating with clients, state authorities, citizens etc.
The reputation and future success of UPMC will highly depend on both, keeping the law, but also complying with the high ethical standards. This Code is being viewed as not just a simple formality, but as a resource of organizational development which contributes to increasing of the number of clients, rising of more investment for the purpose of the company’s activities and bettering of the company’s public image. It also demonstrates the company’s transparency and responsibility.
The Code does not describe all possible cases and situations with which a representative of UPMC may cope while performing his work. At the same time the document includes the key principles of business conduct, in particular:
- common rules and principles of corporative conduct and ethical obligations;
- principles of conduct of employees;
- leadership responsibilities;
- responsible conduct of business;
- cooperation with state authorities;
- responsibilities for violation against the Code of business ethics and conduct of the UPMC as well as for non-provision of the information with regard to such violations;
- introduction of changes into the Code.
The presence of clear corporative standards and following them will help the employees of the company to make right decisions in difficult situations and provides protection in the cases of unlawful pressure or accusation for certain activities. It also allows to deliver high quality services in every area of our activities.
