The personnel reserve of the Ukrainian Private Military Company (UPMC) is a group of subject matter experts who have experience of serving with Armed forces and other military structures of Ukraine. The UPMC fulfills professional selection and recruitment of personnel to the employment pool based on available personal files of candidates, security vetting, test results, interview etc.

Those specialists who considered to be included into personnel reserve have a priority right to get an available job position within UPMC, which will be not open to common access until search and selection of respective specialists within employment pool is conducted.

To go through the selection process for personnel reserve it is required to present the following documents:

  1. A written approval for collection and processing of personal data (form of UPMC – download) – 1 page is to be filled in and printed out;
  2. A filled in questionnaire form (download);
  3. A biography sketch including short description of military, police or private security experience, training, (military/police) rank, last position within military/police incl. description of duties (download);
  4. One colored picture 9 × 12 cm (as for personal file);
  5. Colored pictures 3,5 × 4,5 cm (as for Schengen visa) – 3 pcs.;
  6. High quality copies of:
  • All filled in pages of the passport of a citizen of Ukraine (in color);
  • Tax identification number;
  • Diploma of high education and specialized secondary education, available certificates of military, police, private security and maritime training courses etc.;
  • All filled in pages of a work record book;
  • All filled in pages of a military (record) book;
  • Military service record;
  • First page of the biometrical passport of a citizen of Ukraine for travelling abroad;
  • Certification document about vaccinations including yellow fever (in the presence).
